Total minimum commitment over 12 months is $455.40 Inc GST. Offer only available to customers who take up full service fixed line (including long distance and calls to mobile services). All Fixed wire service are covered by the Customer Service Guarantee Standard. Please refer to our Customer Service Guarantee Policy for details on the CSG Standard. Plan is available to both PSTN and IDSN fixed wire services. Please refer to our Standard For of Agreement for terms of use on fixed wire products. Top ten International destination are: Canada, China, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, UK, USA.
Top ten per minute rates and call caps apply only to calls terminating on a fixed line service in the destination countries. Different rates apply for calls terminating on an overseas mobile service in those countries
Price of capped calls fixed at applicable rate until cap duration is reached after which calls revert to standard per minute rate
Change of billing options from e-mail to paper bill will result in loss of chosen bonus option from the date the change is made
Cancellation of direct debit will result in loss of chosen bonus option from the date of cancellation
Early Termination fee applies for Super-Saver option. Termination within the initial 12 month term will result in a termination fee being charged, calculated as (Number of Months Remaining x $25).
Dishonoured direct debit payments may incur a charge.
